EFS (Earlobe Fetish Syndrome)

This picture shows u an example of EFS in an early stage. You can see that his earlobe hasn't become much larger yet. This form of sexual attraction to a body part (in this case the earlobe) is not conventionally viewed as being sexual in nature. In case of EFS however it is and it only occurs with men. By wearing earrings these men try to enlarge only one earlobe to let someone suck on it either female or male. As fetishism is the pathological result of associations, research shows us that these men haven't seen or sucked on nipples often enough (probably missed out breastfeeding aswell) and they try to compensate that with enlargening an earlobe. The bigger the earring the higher their needs are.
